Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Neuradex (“we”, “our”, or “the Service”), an AI-powered platform for storing, managing, and retrieving knowledge data. By registering for or using the Service, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. All disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (or relevant court of our headquarters).
